Pharmacists, employed and locum

The pharmacy team
Technicians, dispensers and counter assistants: clear daily work.
- Your own task list for the day
- Record fridge temperatures and cleaning
- Read and acknowledge SOPs
- Log near misses and incidents (the dispensing team)
Roles and permissions
Everyone sees what their role allows
What a person can see and do comes from their roles, the branches they work at and the features switched on there.
Seven roles
Pharmacy owner, superintendent pharmacist, pharmacy manager, responsible pharmacist, technician, dispenser and counter assistant. People can hold several roles and get everything each allows.
The owner decides
Each role starts with sensible permissions. The owner can change them for the group, within limits Superpharm sets, so no role gets powers that don’t fit it.
Pharmacist-only means pharmacist-only
Being the RP, signing CD entries, approving SOPs and signing PGDs need a pharmacist role and a GPhC number the group has verified. No setting changes that.
