We want everyone to be able to use this website and the Superpharm app, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or voice control.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What this means for you
On this website you should be able to:
- move around using only a keyboard, with a visible focus outline, and skip straight to the content;
- zoom in up to 400% with the text reflowing to fit the screen;
- use a screen reader: pages have a clear heading structure and labelled navigation;
- read text that meets the WCAG contrast ratios, with no information given by colour alone;
- use it with reduced motion, or with JavaScript switched off.
How we test
Before each release, every page of this website is checked automatically with axe, an accessibility testing tool, at desktop and phone sizes, and for sideways scrolling on a narrow screen. We also check the pages with a keyboard. The Superpharm app’s screens are checked in the same way.
Known issues
We are not aware of any accessibility problems on this website. If you find one, please tell us.
Feedback
If something on this website or in the app is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please tell us the page address and what went wrong.
