Responsible Pharmacist register
An electronic RP log, kept as you work
Superpharm keeps the Responsible Pharmacist register for every branch: who was the RP and when, every absence, and the handover to the next pharmacist, recorded at the time and never edited after the fact.
What you can do
- 01Sign pharmacists in and out. Several pharmacists can be on the register at once; one of them is the Responsible Pharmacist.
- 02Record absences. The two hours allowed each business day are counted in the branch’s own time zone, and a breach is flagged, not hidden.
- 03Handover notes the next RP acknowledges, and a reminder of unfinished RP tasks before signing out.
- 04A calendar and the full history. Corrections are recorded as amendments, and a missed shift as a flagged retrospective entry with a reason.
- 05One RP per branch, and one branch per pharmacist, at any time.
- 06The monthly register as a PDF.
