This website, superpharm.io, sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

The Superpharm app

The app at app.superpharm.io uses only cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your account safe. The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) do not require consent for them, and the app cannot work without them.

• sp_session keeps you signed in. It holds a random token, not your details, and the page’s scripts cannot read it. It lasts until you sign out, ends after 12 hours without use (15 minutes on a kiosk), and after 7 days at most.
• sp_csrf protects your forms against cross-site request forgery, where another website tries to act in your name. It lasts no longer than your session.
• sp_device identifies a kiosk device that a manager has set up for a branch, and is set only on kiosk devices. It lasts up to 400 days, or until the device is removed.

The app also remembers a few display choices in your browser’s local storage, on your device only: the branch you last chose, how the menu and the dashboard’s sections are laid out, whether you dismissed the dashboard’s set-up checklist, and whether quick search looks in one branch or in all of them. They never contain what you search for, and they are not sent to us.

The Superpharm console

Superpharm’s own staff use a separate console at console.superpharm.io. It uses two cookies of the same kind, spc_session and spc_csrf, for the same purposes.

Managing cookies

You can see and delete cookies in your browser’s settings. If you block the app’s cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
