Built for records that have to be right
Registers, logs and staff details are regulated, and some are health data. Superpharm is built to keep them separate, complete and private, from the database up.
Your records, kept apart
Every pharmacy group’s records are separated by the database itself, not only by the app’s code: a request can only ever reach its own group’s data. Within a group, people see the branches they work at.
Registers that can’t be quietly changed
Registers and logs are never edited in place or deleted. A correction is added as an amendment that shows who made it, when and why, and the original stays. Every change is written to an audit log with who made it, when and from which device.
Pharmacist checks built in
Being the Responsible Pharmacist, signing CD entries, approving SOPs and signing PGDs need a pharmacist role and a GPhC number the group has verified. No setting can switch this off.
Protected sign-in
Passwords and PINs are stored only as one-way hashes (argon2id). Repeated failures lock sign-in for a while. Signing out ends the session; a password reset or disabling an account ends all of that person’s sessions.
A counter kiosk that stays on the counter
PIN sign-in only works on a device a manager has set up for that branch, and a geofence can keep it to the premises. Kiosk sessions end after 15 minutes without use and cannot change staff, permissions or settings.
Files and downloads
Uploaded PDFs are checked before they are kept. Downloads use short-lived links, issued only after a permission check.
Encrypted in transit
Every Superpharm address uses HTTPS, so what you send and receive is encrypted on the way.
Our own team
Superpharm staff use a separate console with two-factor sign-in. It manages accounts and branches; it cannot open your registers or records, and every change it makes is recorded.
No tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The app uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in safely.
