Superpharm keeps a controlled drugs register for each drug, form and strength at every branch, with the details the regulations ask for, a pharmacist’s signature on every entry and a balance that is always right.
What you can do
- 01Receipts, supplies, transfers, destructions and adjustments, in exact quantities with units (2.5 ml is fine).
- 02The details the regulations ask for: supplier, patient and prescriber, who collected and whether ID was checked, and an authorised witness for destructions.
- 03Entries prepared by the team wait for a pharmacist’s sign-off. The balance moves only when an entry is signed.
- 04Balance checks, and a clear route to resolve a discrepancy.
- 05The time of every entry is recorded by the system; back-dating is limited and always shown.
